In a bid to prevent and reduce transmission among employees,maintain healthy business operations we have implemented measures as a company to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and to our esteemed clients.
We have Updated strategies and recommendations for our employees in responding to COVID-19, including those seeking to join our team by :
- Conducting daily health checks.
- Conducting a hazard assessment of the workplace.
- Setting a standard of excellence in the delivery of quality and wholesome care.
- Encouraging employees to wear cloth face coverings in the workplace, if appropriate.
- o Implementing policies and practices for social distancing in the workplace.
- Improving the building/office ventilation system.
- Updated cleaning and disinfection guidance.
- Updated best practices for conducting social distancing.
- Updated strategies and recommendations that can be implemented now to respond to COVID-19.
- A team and task force has been set up to monitor administrative controls, and ensure we are providing our employees with personal protective equipment (PPE) that they can use use to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace.
- We are also following CDC,OSHA, state and local guidelines to obtain timely and accurate information and responses to COVID 19.
- Conducting a thorough hazard assessment to determine if workplace hazards are present, or are likely to be present, and determine what type of controls or PPE are needed for specific job duties for our team of nurses and caregivers.We are also actively encouraging sick employees to stay home.
- Employees who have symptoms should notify their supervisor and stay home.
- Sick employees should follow CDC-recommended steps. Employees should not return to work until the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with healthcare providers.
- Employees who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should notify their supervisor or our office on 7812666552/7815410274 and follow CDC recommended precautions.
